This is an immediate opening, and will require the chosen candidate to be available on specific days, namely Monday mornings, Wednesday afternoons and Friday evenings. As the chosen caretaker, your main responsibilities will involve a wide range of tasks. This starts with helping my father with Range of Motion Exercise to help him maintain flexibility, as well as keep an active lifestyle. Household duties like housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal planning and preparation are also expected to be managed efficiently. Assistance with errands, cleaning the bathroom, and escorting my father to his various appointments will also be part of your role. Moreover, it is necessary that you plan visits, outings, and trips for my father to visit his friends, family, and neighbors so that he can continue to maintain a social life. The role also includes duties such as providing a bed bath. This role is part-time and will involve working less than 20 hours per week. A valid driver's license is a must as you will be needed to drive my father to his various appointments. Additionally, it is a requirement to use your personal automobile, hence it is necessary that you have a reliable mode of transportation. This role does not require you to live in, but rather is a live-out position. Being patient, caring, and having experience with elder care would be highly suitable for this position.
