My name is Stephanie. I am a person who uses an electric wheelchair for mobility purposes. I require assistance with all of my personal care. I am able to walk with assistance. I live independently and have a personal support worker come to my home 3-4 times per day to assist me. The personal support worker assists me with transferring me in and out of bed, on and off the toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping. The wage is $25.00 per hour. This is not a cash position. I do have a sweet and adorable cat. The shifts are limited to one (1) hour to two (2) hours. I live at the Yonge and Eglinton area. I am currently seeking personal support workers for the following shifts: Wednesday morning from 6:30 am to 8:30 am, and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 1:00 pm to 2 pm. I also require someone to assist me on Saturday and Sunday between 4 pm and 5 PM and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 pm to 10 pm. I absolutely require dependable workers.
