I am a 43 year old who is looking for help with daily physical tasks. I have severe muscle stiffness, so I require stretching and light exercises. Among other things, I require assistance with meal and drink support, personal care, transfers and companionship. I use a sit to stand device for my transfers. I enjoy learning new things, am a fairly quiet individual but enjoy listening to others. Unsure on the start date. Sometimes I am slow to respond on this site. Located in Ottawa, Richmond Ontario.
