Request an Italian caregiver for elderly couple. Ability to cook Italian dinners is a requirement. Other duties include housekeeping such as maintaining clean kitchen (including washing dishes), laundry and basic house cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, etc). We are seeking a compassionate and engaging caregiver for a senior, my mom (60 years old), with early-onset dementia. The ideal candidate must have experience with Alzheimer's/dementia. They are joyful, kind, and patient, providing support mainly with house tasks - washing dishes, prepping and making meals. As the relationship grows more comfortable, it will also include daily hygiene tasks such as brushing teeth, washing face, and bathing. Responsibilities include: - Housework: Prepping meals, cooking, doing dishes, vacuuming - Assisting with meal preparation and maintaining eating schedules - Encouraging participation in light exercise or dance - Facilitating enjoyable activities like scrapbooking and engaging in conversation - Companionship We are looking for someone who is compassionate with their clients, and who goes above and beyond. To not just fulfill the checklist of needs, but to also uplift their clients' spirits. More about my Mom / your future client: She is Filipino, very proud of her heritage and loves talking about it! She loves good food, Zumba, romance shows and movies - especially Filipino and Korean dramas

Looking for a caring individual to look after an elderly lady. Mainly take her and help her in the bathroom, warm and bring meals to her bed, assist her with walking around in the room, and keeping her company during the day. The position is a live-out full-time position and we are looking for someone to start immediately.

My mother is 85, and father is 92 years of age. My father is in fairly good health, but does have a bad knee so getting around can be quite difficult and painful. My mother who has been my fathers main caregiver has just suffered a fractured hip. She remains in hospital until she has had surgery. Expecting her to be home near the end of February. I will be looking for someone who can provide ongoing care (i.e. cooking, cleaning, clothes washing) as well as what ever care my mother may need when she comes home from the hospital. At this point I'm not a 100% sure if this will need to be live-in care or not.

Part-Time Caregiver Needed (3-4 Month Commitment) I’m looking for a reliable part-time caregiver for the next 3-4 months. This role isn’t physically demanding or unpleasant—just a matter of keeping an eye on my dad, who is 49 and battling stage 4 cancer. Despite his condition, he has made incredible progress in his recovery and remains highly independent. The primary responsibilities include: • Ensuring he takes his medication on time • Helping with small household tasks, such as washing dishes • Running occasional errands • Being present in case of an emergency He has experienced seizures in the past due to inflammation in his brain. However, as long as he stays on schedule with his medication, flare-ups are unlikely. That said, I need someone who can remain calm and take the appropriate steps if an emergency arises. Looking for a kind and compassionate caregiver with experience caring for seniors with dementia who will provide companionship and stimulation through activities, walks and outings and keep my mom safe so she can continue to enjoy living in her own home. My mom is fluent in Italian, English and French and enjoys knitting, sewing and crochet.
