I'm currently in need of an individual who can assist with managing our home, a role that involves tackling tasks related to housekeeping and pet walking. This position is part-time and doesn't require living in, but it does need someone who can work flexibly within specified hours each weekday, mostly in the mornings and middle of each day. As the chosen house manager, your key duties will involve keeping both the interior and immediate exterior of our home clean. This includes kitchen cleaning tasks, such as washing dishes, cleaning inside and outside of the fridge, dishwasher, oven, cupboards, pantry, counters, and floors. Laundry is another significant part of the role, with the washing and drying of both clothing and household items falling under your responsibility. Meal preparation and grocery shopping will also be required, along with the responsibility of keeping the household supplies fully stocked. As for our dear pets, their care, feeding, walking, and occasional cuddles fall to your tender care! In addition, you'll be expected to supervise and secure tradesmen/contractors, rotate seasonal clothing in closets, maintaining the pantry, and routinely clear out-of-date and spoiled items. The responsibilities extend to house sitting, bed making, linen changing, and maintaining household security. Additional duties include cleaning the outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher. You'll also be expected to iron and care for household and garden plants when necessary. Although this role doesn't require you to live in, it does need someone with a driver's license who can use their own vehicle for various tasks. The work schedule will be less than 20 hours per week, with work needed in the middle of the day on Monday, and both mornings and in the middle of the day from Tuesday to Friday. My husband and I are both working professionals in our late 30s and are seeking about 3-5 hours of household support once a week. We are looking for someone who is able to work one day a week (M-F) and could arrive sometime between the hours of 7AM-2PM, we are flexible on the day of the week and the time. Weekly tasks would include: - general cleaning/tidying of the interior of the house (vacuuming, taking out garbage, wiping counters, etc.) - changing the sheets on the bed - running a load or two of laundry/folding completed loads (if time allows) - loading and/or emptying the dishwasher - potential of meal prep Occasional tasks would include: - putting away groceries (we get them delivered, so you would not need to grocery shop) - deeper cleaning of some areas, such as the fridge or inside cupboards - cleaning out the pantry - noting any products (such as cleaning products) we are low on so we can add them to our shopping order - potential of occasionally running an errand such as picking up dry cleaning We do not have any children, but we do have a small dog (a yorkie). He is usually at doggie daycare or with my in-laws during the week, but if you are comfortable with dogs, we may occasionally have him stay at home on days when you are at the house.

I am also fairly fluent in Spanish (it was my first language) therefore a Spanish speaker would be a plus, but not mandatory, as we’d love to expose our children to the language.
