Born in South Africa and raised in Vancouver, I attended cooking school where I achieved my Red Seal Certificate. For nearly 20 years, I have lived and shared my culinary passion in Calgary, where I am currently working on building my own restaurant consulting business, including catering.
Known for restaurant-quality cuisine and friendly service, I bring my expertise in menu development to every meal, creating nutritionally balanced delights that cater to all dietary needs. I have experience in a variety of cuisines including Canadian, Italian, Middle Eastern, Japanese, Thai, Vegan, Vegetarian, and more. I offer both part-time and full-time services and can start immediately. My availability spans across the week - from Monday to Friday I am available in the morning until evening, and on weekends I am available during the midday and evening.
