I am a single mother of three girls, I grew in the Middle East; where we learn how to cook in a young age, and cook our daily meals at home. That gave me a long and an excellent experience of cooking in the healthy mothers’ ways. I worked as a cook in my country of origin . I came to Canada long time ago, and I am still working in the cooking field currently as well. I make different types of soup, hot meals, cakes, and pastries from the scratch.

I like to cook. I am working part time in Hotel as food prep for banquet, I cook for my family, I could cook for friends and other people that not able to cook.

I am a health, conscious, mother, and young grandmother looking to help busy families, or those looking to free up time from their busy schedule without giving up eating healthy meals. I love to bike, hike, and play board games. I’m very creative and love to paint and craft. I am also a therapeutic arts practitioner with a background in teaching and I know how much healthy food adds to a healthy mind. I was a Foods studies, teacher in high school, as well as a raw food, chef, educator and lifestyle coach. I raised three children so cooking various meals on the spot was well rehearsed. My business started nine years ago where I was doing wholesale and retail food preparation, catering, 30 day food challenges for specific dietary restrictions. I have family who are diabetic and on low sodium diet’s, and I have experience with vegan, vegetarian and traditional menus. I am equipped to do fresh meals, frozen meals and vacuum seal, staple items if that is required. Raw foundation certification. Various weekend courses in specialized cooking.

I love to cook as well as being in the kitchen in anyway. I have experience with cooking meals (breakfast, and lunch) for a daycare I don’t have experience necessarily in the cooking industry but I do have a burning passion for cooking. I took courses as well.

i enjoy cooking generally healthy cooking; Asian food - tofu, fish, veggies, homemade soup, Pastas, Shepards pie, various BBQ - marinate chicken, steaks, pork, smoked meats, Pulled Pork or chicken. variety of salad - coleslaw, greek salad, caesar, green mango salad, mixed greens etc. I can't possibly list all the items I can cook but this would give you a general idea. i cooked for my family and international students who lived with me for years. I can also bake the basic items such as muffins, cookies and etc.

I have a daughter who’s 21 I love scrapbooking quilting, walks puzzles, taking pictures travelling I have a vast variety interests I cook for the lady who is guarding for a quadriplegic and I am her respite care so I do all of her cooking for the week every Saturday and she has her specific dietary needs.
