We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and grounded individual to join our family ecosystem as a part-time personal and family assistant. This role supports a mother of four and founder of a mission-driven business, helping to ensure that home, children, and logistics flow smoothly during a dynamic season of growth. Key Responsibilities: Weekly coordination with the children’s father ( seperate home) (pickups, handoffs, sick days, schedule updates) Housekeeping related to daily life (dishes, breakfast clean-up, laundry, kids’ spaces) Support with children’s logistics (lunch prep, school/sports coordination, sports equipment organization) Availability to step in while mom is traveling for work. Willingness to offer support to the children’s father during these periods of moms travel. Travel flexibility a bonus (for select family trips) Strong communication, discretion, and presence required Must be comfortable signing an NDA This role is ideal for someone who is: Calm under pressure and attuned to both structure and flow Proactive, reliable, and confident managing multiple moving parts Grounded, emotionally mature, and able to hold space without drama Someone who enjoys creating order and ease behind the scenes This is a part-time role to trial with full time support the ideal. Schedule & Requirements: Work 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, within a 9 AM to 5 PM window. Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
