I need assistance on an as-needed basis. Flexibility is important: Can be once a week when guests are staying in my suite or once every few months when someone moves out, etc. There is no schedule with the help I need. I may need you to pick up needed items at Costco, Ikea, London Drugs, etc on occasion with your own transportation. Sometimes the tasks will be specific ie clean outside windows or wipe down balcony and sometimes more general, clean kitchen and launder sheets and re-make beds. You should be comfortable with direction but also experienced enough to make decisions when things need attention and letting me know about them. Ideally, you are located in North Vancouver. I have noted only 1 day a week but this is a flexible date/time that can work with your existing schedule and may not be once a week. We are a busy family of four looking for someone with a great attitude who is organized. We will need help with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, picking up kids and taking them to activities, overseeing occasional homework and making sure our house is well maintained. Our kids are 9 and 10, so they are in school full time. The hours are flexible as long as you can start at 2pm at the latest until about 7pm. You are an extension of our household, so we will treat you like family. The ability to offer long-term help would be fantastic. I am a business owner with a busy and consuming schedule. What energy I have gets dedicated to maintaining my business which leaves my home neglected. I am looking for someone to help me out keeping basic chores up to date, linens swapped over, things put away, laundry, dishes etc. I would be interested in some meal prep as well, but it isn’t a huge priority. My biggest thing is that I have two dogs and whoever is in my apartment must be ok with them as they are my pride and joy but also a bit crazy and create a lovely mess by their own accord. I’m looking for someone who, if comfortable, could take them on a little walk as well as I have a great loop right around my building that helps them get some fresh air. I’m really hoping to find someone who won’t judge me as I am a full time artist, in addition to managing my shop, and I am adhd and am aware that my house reflects these things. I’ve put work into organizing my space but I can’t seem to stay on top of things going back into place etc. Because of this, I don’t let anyone come into my house as I am embarrassed. My partner has just joined my business and my home is far closer to it than his and Id like to feel good about having him in my space!

I am looking for a housekeeper to work around 20-30 hours a week at my house in North Vancouver (Edgemont Village). Hours are negotiable, but I am hoping to have someone 4-5 days a week on a consistent schedule. I am looking for the right candidate to reset the house everyday: empty dishwasher, clean dishes, deep clean kitchen, bathrooms, make beds. Other duties would include things like: putting clothes away, washing windows, restocking toilet paper.
