I'm seeking an Indian Cook who can bring the authentic flavors of the region to my home. If you are passionate about Indian cuisine and have ample experience in home-cooking, then this position may be for you. This will be a part or full-time role, accommodating both live-in or live-out arrangements based on your preferences. You will be expected to work a schedule of 40 to 50 hours per week, with Mondays specifically requiring your culinary expertise in the morning. In this role, you would essentially function as a private and family cook. The position requires you to be adaptable, as the menu will vary depending on the day and occasion. The job starts immediately. Therefore, applicants who are readily available will have an advantage. My boss is having me search for a chef that would be willing to meal prep for him. He has been given a specific diet from his nutritionist to eat for the next 2-3 months as he is going into heart surgery soon. It is a plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner that will be the same every day. He is looking to have enough food prepped (in your own space) to have it dropped of once per week, and he will have it stored in his fridge or freezer. These will all need to have minimal effort for him to reheat/prepare especially within the weeks after his surgery. You would need to complete the grocery shopping for all items needed. These are the meals (same every day): Breakfast - Frittata (recipe provided) Lunch - Greek Meatballs over Rice (recipe provided) Dinner - Beef Stew (recipe provided) Snacks - Oatmeal, Greek Yogurt with berries and nuts, Protein smoothie (recipe provided) - These will either need to be frozen or easy for set up so that he can prepare quickly. Looking for a chef to help us with weekly healthy food prep. We can buy all the groceries, just looking for someone to come in, make a variety of macro-based meals, divide them up in Tupperware and clean up afterwards.

I am looking for someone to come to my house one day each month to cook for me. This will be a long-term contract. Typical dishes I would like you to make include shoulder pork roast, meat balls, and beef stew. I would the food to be divided into individual meals and put in the freezer. I anticipate that five or six hours will be sufficient. You can come any day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
