In need of an experienced housekeeper to take care of my house and office with duties encompassing cleaning, laundry, errands, meal preparation, house sitting, and general housekeeping tasks. An ideal candidate would also have massage skills and caregiver abilities adding value to the role. Both Live-In Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean the inside of the home and the surrounding areas.
- Tackle kitchen duties which include cleaning dishes, inside and outside of fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters, and floors.
- Ensure laundry items, inclusive of clothing and household ones, are washed and dried properly.
- Prepare and serve meals daily and during special occasions for family or guests.
- Efficiently handle grocery shopping and other household errands.
- Keep household supplies fully stocked.
- Receive and serve guests with utmost courtesy and professionalism.
- Supervise or manage tradesmen/contractors effectively.
- Look after seasonal clothing rotation in closets, pantry maintenance, and routine clearance of out-of-date and spoiled items.
- Manage household finances and oversee bill payments.
- Make beds and change linens.
- Arrange travel on behalf of the employer while ensuring household security.
- Hire and supervise other household staff members, if applicable.
- Clean the outside of oven, fridge, and dishwasher.
- Perform ironing duties as required.
The key work timings would be in the mornings and mid-day from Monday to Sunday, totaling to approx 20 - 30 hours per week. A driver's license is not a pre-requisite for this position as automobile use is not applicable.
