Position: Housekeeper Location: Pickering Schedule: Once per month, minimum of 4 hours Rate: $25 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and reliable housekeeper to perform deep cleaning for our townhouse on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in deep cleaning and attention to detail to ensure our home is maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Bedrooms: Dust all surfaces, including furniture, window sills, and baseboards Vacuum carpets and mop floors Change bed linens and make beds Clean mirrors Organize and tidy up as needed Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs Wipe down mirrors, countertops, and fixtures Scrub tiles and grout Replenish toiletries and towels Empty trash bins Kitchen: Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and appliances (inside and out) Wipe down cabinets and drawers Sweep and mop the floor Clean inside the microwave, oven, and refrigerator as needed Empty and clean trash bins Floors: Vacuum all carpets and rugs Sweep and mop all hardwood and tile floors Ensure all corners and hard-to-reach areas are thoroughly cleaned Carpets: Perform deep vacuuming and spot cleaning as necessary Ensure carpets are free of dust, debris, and stains Requirements: Proven experience in house cleaning, preferably with deep cleaning experience Attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable and punctual Good communication skills

As two busy professionals, my partner and I are seeking a diligent live-out housekeeper to help us keep our home clean and organized on a part-time basis. Our work schedules are demanding, and we need someone who can provide housekeeping services primarily during morning hours on Wednesdays each week. You can expect to work less than 20 hours per week in our apartment, focusing on maintaining the immediate external areas and the inside of the home. The responsibilities for this housekeeper role include general cleaning, organizing, tidying, and changing bed linens. Kitchen cleaning tasks include dishes, cleaning the inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters, and floors. You would also be in charge of laundry, which includes washing, drying, clothing and household items. Seasonally, you would need to help us rotate clothing in our closets and maintain the pantry by routinely clearing out of date and spoiled items. Please note: you won't require a driver's license for this position, as your work will focus solely on housekeeping tasks in our apartment, and automobile use isn't applicable in this context. I am in search of a dedicated and reliable House Keeper /Sitter to manage and take care of my house and apartment. Start date is immediate and the role can be either on a live-out or live-in basis.
