I am a private individual in search of a Full-Time Senior/Health Caregiver, who will be able to start from the 1st of May, 2026. The working schedule is Monday to Saturday, specifically during the middle of the day, and will require about 40 - 50 hours in a week. The caregiver can either live-in or live-out dependent on his/her convenience. However, a personal car is required for automobile use to transport me for appointments or outings. Therefore, possession of a valid driver's license is also a necessity. Job responsibilities will primarily include Meal Planning and Preparation, Cleaning the Bathroom, Assisting with Pet Care, Assisting me with Walking, Hand Washing Dishes, Vacuuming, and providing Alzheimer/Dementia Care. As I suffer from Alzheimer's disease, I am particularly looking for caregivers who are willing to work with Alzheimer's patients or have prior experience in the area. We are seeking a caring, compassionate companion caregiver for my 92 year old father with dementia. Must have patience and the ability to take the time necessary to understand and communicate with him. He speaks German (mainly) and English. He needs someone to help him get dressed, shoes, jacket, scarf, etc. He’s incontinent, so may need help in the toilet. Currently there are two live-in caregivers in the home taking care of all household tasks.
