I’m a C5 quadriplegic living near Jane & Weston, currently looking to add one more consistent person to my team for ongoing part-time work. I’m hoping to find someone dependable, easygoing, and comfortable working in a home environment, while also being open to occasional travel opportunities. The role includes a mix of personal care and daily living assistance, including: • Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance • Transfers, positioning, catheter care, and bed baths • Light housekeeping and general support around the home • Assistance with routines during morning, dinner, and bedtime shifts Shifts range between approximately 2.5 to 4.5 hours. I’m mainly looking for weekday evening and some morning availability, along with some weekend availability for mornings, dinner, and/or evenings. Experience working with quadriplegic or paraplegic care is preferred, but I’m also open to someone willing to learn who has the right attitude and work ethic. You must also be comfortable around dogs, as I have a friendly yellow lab service dog. Experience and a knack for palliative care is an additional advantage.
