Be adaptable and flexible with family needs, including occasional evening or weekend hours if required. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Nanny, childcare provider, or similar role. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages. Patience, compassion, and a love for children. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow the family’s rules and preferences regarding discipline, routines, and activities. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if transportation of children is required). Non-smoker. [Optional] Educational background in Early Childhood Education or similar field is a plus. [Optional] Ability to travel with the family if needed.
