Senior caregiver required for an elderly man who lives with his daughter and family. 3 days a week

I need someone to get my father up (out of his room), put his eye drops in, assist him with getting breakfast, lunch - he eats a heavier meal around 1 -2 pm. He should have his breakfast, and medication no later than 10 am. Get him on a schedule to assist with managing his dementia. Reminders to use the bathroom toilet, to have a bath. He has been diagnosed with Dementia and is originally from the Caribbean. He is mobile but needs reminders to change his depends, brush his teeth, drink water or hydrate and the location of the bathroom. In addition to the Dementia, he is diabetic, hypertensive and has gout. He forgets the location of utensils, and needs to be encouraged to do something. Assist with his laundry, so that he is engaged in our home. Take him for walks. The person will need to clean up the bathroom and to take him for walks while the weather is good. We work from home so would need someone who can engage him without encroaching on our space. Cleaning, breakfast and lunch preparation (heavier meal he is used to eating dinner around 1 - eating less now but depending on the size of breakfast he will need a snack to keep him at 1)
