We are looking for a part time housekeeper to work in our home. Beyond general housekeeping duties we require ongoing organization and decluttering of all household areas. Must be comfortable around large friendly dogs!

I'm looking for support in my home. I have a 1 year old, a 2 year old a dog and cat. My sister lives with me as well as her four children. She unfortunately has terminal cancer and is on end of life care. We own a large business and are about to open up another one in September.. I have a lot on my plate and house hold chores like keeping up with laundry, cleaning the kitchen, tidying ect is not something I feel like I have the bandwidth for. Looking for support!

We are a small family of 3 looking for a housekeeper. I am think either one or 2 times per week. I am flexible on days and times. During the day is best. We have a cleaner who comes once every 3 weeks but I am looking for a little bit more help around the house now. I am looking for cleaning, tiding up, laundry (no ironing) and if you can cook vegetarian meals, it would be amazing!

We have a large house with three lovely children in James Bay. Our home is conveniently located and walking distance from downtown. We also operate a small vacation rental guest suite from our house. The position is part-time, live-out and primarily limited to weekdays. We offer flexibility in the number of hours worked per week (between 8 and 20) but need consistency once we have established a schedule. Our preferred schedule is three days per week (ex: Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for approximately 5 hours per day (ex: 10am-3pm). However, we have flexibility with this and are open to other scheduling arrangements for the successful applicant. Please note we may require occasional weekends according to our needs. The start date for the position is immediate. Duties of the position include but are not limited to: Conferring with household members to determine their housekeeping needs Performing cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping and vacuuming. Cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, livings rooms Laundry - stain treating, washing, drying and ironing. Changing bedding as required Grocery shopping as needed Preparation of meals. Must be comfortable preparing family-friendly food and able to follow recipes Organizing cupboards and other household items Cleaning the fridge Running the occasional errand We provide: fair wages based on experience, supplies/equipment, a flexible schedule, and a collaborative work environment. Our ideal candidate is: trustworthy, honest, hard working, self motivated and comfortable with children and cats.
