Étant atteints du Trouble du Spectre de l’Autisme (TSA – hautement fonctionnel), nous souhaitons que James fréquente toujours une garderie plusieurs jours par semaine afin de lui permettre de développer ses habiletés sociales. Notre agenda nous invite cependant à chercher de l’aide pour nous entreprendre les tâches diverses, ménagères, rencontres, déplacements, courses, repas, etc. Notre résidence est située dans un bâtiment neuf sur la rue Saint-Jean. Nous sommes en mesure d’offrir un stationnement intérieur chauffé. L’environnement de travail est de qualité, lumineux, calme et accommodant. Nos besoins sont en mesure de s’adapter en fonction de votre disponibilité et compétences. Ils peuvent s’étendre de quelques heures par semaine à temps plein, selon l’entente conclue ensemble. While English is my first language, I am fully fluent in French so you can feel comfortable in communicating in French if you wish. I am open to any professional homemaker from other backgrounds as well. I work from home, so I will be here while you work but will not interfere with what you do. My time and energy is limited is becoming more and more limited and my work and other activities increase, it is for this reason I am requiring help with maintaining a higher quality of cleanliness and organization of my home I use to be able to do myself. I have a small one bedroom apartment that I share with my 1 year old dog. While he is on the large dog for his age, he is friendly and energetic and loves to meet new people. You would need to be very comfortable around dogs. w I do not require you to take care of my dog, with regards to walking or feeding him, however there may be the occasional washing I may ask if I do not have time. I do work for Monday - Friday. I would like for you to come on Friday during the day once a week.

Light house keeping duties including vacuuming, laundry, and dishes. Efficiently manage the household calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management. Act as the central point of contact for personal matters, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other professionals as needed. Dog care(French Bulldog). Walking her various times throughout the day. Taking her to dog park regularly and ensuring she’s fed 2x daily. Assist with financial matters, including expense tracking, bill payments. Conduct research on various topics, compile reports, and gather information to support decision-making. Handle personal shopping tasks and provisioning, such as purchasing gifts, groceries, and other necessities. Run various errands such as dry-cleaning drop-off/pick-up. Helping in the kitchen with food prep and occasional meal cooking. Communicate with vendors and contractors to schedule services, track projects, supervise their work, and ensure timely completion. Occasional laundry service, ensuring that sheets and linens are cleaned and well-maintained. Qualifications Well-rounded and versatile with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Be proficient in using technology, especially iphone/ gmail and Outlook email to efficiently manage tasks, calendars, and communication. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Discreet and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Upbeat personality and excellent interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license for running errands Additional Information Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
