I am looking for support in our home as well as some errands and outings with my 18 year old son. My son is nonverbal and uses an augmentative communication device for basic communication. He is considered to be on the sever end of the autism spectrum. He is a wonderful kid who loves to swim, hot tub, have baths, walk, play games, play Wii, got for car rides and have little adventures. He does have some behaviours. He can be a bit messy and eats differently than others in the family so some cleaning and light cooking would be required.

We're looking for a friendly, active, engaging live-in home care provider for our wonderful, active, bilingual (English/Japanese) 90 year-old dad. He suffers from mild Alzheimer's, and enjoys engaging in 1:1 conversation and attending church and Bible study. He tires easily and naps 1-2 times/day for an hour or two and sleeps 10-12 hours/night. Son and family live nearby and can provide relief on weekends (1 or 2 days, negotiable). Required: -Driver's Licence, clean driving/criminal record -Outgoing personality with desire to search out activities and inspire to take daily walks or other gentle exercise, and contribute to overall quality of life -Ability to plan meals, shop and cook -Ability to clean, do laundry, ensure he showers, changes, etc. Provided: -own room and washroom -food -use of car while at work
