Hi I'm Fatima, I am 20 years old currently pursuing my studies in Early Childhood Education at Douglas College. My dream is to become an elementary school teacher and my journey toward this goal has been significantly shaped by my experiences with children. I've been babysitting since I was 15, caring for children ranging from 2 to 14 years old. I think being the oldest of three allowed me to develop the skills and abilities needed to care for children from young age. I have volunteered and worked in various child care settings including preschools, day camps, and after-school programs. These experiences have expanded my skill set and deepened my understanding and appreciation for the unique needs and developmental stages of children. I firmly believe in the importance of fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere for children where they can learn, play, and grow. Whether it's assisting with homework, involving them in creative activities, or simply providing a listening ear, I am committed to being a positive and dependable presence in their lives! I hold a Responsible Adult Certificate and I am certified in CPR and Emergency First Aid. I am also more than capable of handling various tasks such as light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, and doing children's laundry. If you'd like to discuss further about how I can be the perfect fit for your family, please don't hesitate to reach out! I babysit and nanny for neighbours and family friends, duties usually include meal prep, homework help, light housekeeping, transporting children to various activities.

Honest, caring and keen to detail person. I respect family privacy and so cant expose or share what I see in your home. I am a mother of 2 10urs and 5yrs old. Ready to learn new cultures. I am a mother of 2 and have worked with children for many years in charity organizations and as a teacher. I know how to instill positive values in a child so that he/she can relate well in the socierty. A child needs to take NO for an answer and respect his/her elders. A child should be taught in a friendly manner so that can understand what you teach. I encourage children to think and not to always rely on tv and internet. Above all I am a God fearing person and very easy to get along. I am also honest, caring and flexible.

Hello, I'm Elizabeth (Liz, Lizzy, Lize). I'm currently a stay-at-home wife with two teens (15 and 19) in our blended family and teach ESL part-time to students of all ages on Friday and Saturday evenings. I'm an animal lover, although I'm a little skittish when it comes to insects and arachnids. I already have an open work permit and am based in Coquitlam (near Burquitlam) and make use of public transport to move around. While I did help my mom with my younger siblings, my strong suit is in keeping order and calm. I've completed a degree in food science and did my TEFL course before going to teach abroad. My classes were for children between the ages of 3 and 12, with groups of three for older students up to fourteen per class for the younger ones. Our methods were mostly TPR based as most kids didn't speak English. While I am planning to to my ECE, I would like to gain more experience in working with kids in person again. I'm a fairly neat person, enjoy arts and crafts, READING, kitchen duties and gaming. I'm flexible with times, but would like to keep doing my Friday and Saturday evening classes as I have been with my students for almost two years now. I am an elder sister of two and have been a helper to my mom ever since I can remember. I taught ESL full-time classes to 6-14 students for 6-10 hours a day while abroad for almost two years. Student ages ranged from 3 to 12 years old. My experience has been limited being a nanny, but I have a great passion for caring for people, keeping a household neat, cooking and helping where I'm needed. I'm willing to learn skills, if that means helping out with math homework or learning to solder some metal for your child's robotics project, or even need new cooking skills that I don't have yet.

I am writing to express my genuine interest in becoming your home child care provider. I understand the importance of finding a nurturing and experienced caregiver for your precious little one, and I believe my background makes me a great fit for the role. I have been actively involved in child care, having provided dedicated care for my one-year-old nephew in Iran. Additionally, I had the privilege of caring for another nephew who was born prematurely and required special attention due to his early arrival. These experiences have not only deepened my understanding of child development but have also fostered a strong bond with the little ones in my care. In pursuit of further enhancing my skills and knowledge in early childhood education, I am planning to enroll in the Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) program. This program will enable me to gain valuable insights and techniques to ensure a supportive and enriching environment for children's growth and development. I am confident that my passion for child care, coupled with my hands-on experience and commitment to ongoing education, would make a positive contribution to your child's well-being. I genuinely enjoy creating a warm and stimulating atmosphere that encourages learning through play and exploration.
