I live in Port Coquitlam and am looking for a part-time role where I can support both children and parents. With 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I'm a licensed Infant and Toddler Educator, diligent about health and safety, and devoted to providing a warm and engaging environment for the children in my care. Throughout my career as a caregiver, I have successfully worked with children from newborn age to 9 years. I love to organize a variety of activities including sensory play, artwork, outdoor adventures, and other fun-filled activities both indoors and outdoors. Additionally, I can assist with light housekeeping duties including doing your children's laundry, preparing meals for them, keeping the kitchen tidy. I am also comfortable adhering to special dietary needs. During down times, I am comfortable helping with household chores such as folding laundry, dishwasher, kitchen cleanup, and dinner prep. To add more, I am capable of working with children with exceptional needs, it's one of the many areas I've developed expertise in throughout my caregiving career. Accredited with a CPR certificate and police check, non-smoker, swimming capable and well-versed in English, I consider myself well prepared to handle any situation responsibly.
