I have been the caregiver for my 94 yr old husband with dementia. He is a late riser, with very limited mobility and is hard of hearing. I would like help with daily " morning" routine (12:00 - 1:00 PM) to ensure that getting up, dressing, hygiene and transfer are done correctly. Also I would like two 5-hour days, (preferably Thursday and Sunday, but negotiable). He would do best with a male or older female. On bus route, but visitor parking is available.

I am diabetic and require foot care once every 3 months in my home. You MUST be a registered nurse and willing to issue a receipt for service. If you happen to offer massage, Rieki or other treatments I'm interested but you must firstly be a registered nurse. We need part-time care for a senior who was recently discharged from the hospital. He suffers from mild dementia and has had a cardiac event. He has shaky walking abilities and cannot be left alone. We are evaluating our long-term care options for him. We need someone who can assist with serving him breakfast and lunch. The client currently has the ability to go to the bathroom on his own. A Personal Support Worker (PSW) is available in the mornings and evenings for changing clothes and toileting. This will be a short-term employment opportunity, possibly for 1 to 2 months. The hours needed are from 9 am to 3 pm.

I am going to move to Friday Harbour . I will need care in the morning to get up and the evening to go to bed . I am a quadriplegic and work from home . Hello, I’m looking for someone to do a wellness visit in the morning around and evening for my grandmother. It would be only for 30 minutes to an hour each visit. Just a quick pop in 2 times a day I’d need someone to help with the following. - check in the morning to make sure everything is in order - ensure she takes her daily medication. Morning and evening - check the fridge for expired items and if anything is needed. Put away groceries when ordered - help with house hold items. Seeking a pleasant, caring and reliable PSW/caregiver/housekeeper to assist disabled 63 yr old woman with personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, etc. I am immuno compromised, so I am seeking a worker who is double or triple- vaccinated against Covid19 and committed to following Public Health guidelines. I’m in search of a Caregiver for my 71 year old father who is diabetic and has suffered a severe stroke in October of 2023. He has lost most of his speech as well as the use of his right arm and leg. He is a gentle, kindhearted man who is usually cooperative and of good spirits. We are a family of 5, my wife and I, as well as our 4 year old girl, 6 year old boy and now my father of course. PSW's visit the home 2 times a day to aid with 2-person tasks like bathing and transferring. The weekends would generally be days off. Main care needs will include: Transferring bed/wheelchair Help with changing diapers Help with washing/Bathing Feeding Giving oral medication Help with mobility exercises Oral care/Toothbrushing We are a warm, fun and friendly family, but this is a challenging time for us. My wife and I both work full-time jobs and we do not want our dad to have to spend his days in a nursing home. We want him to remain an active member of the family and live with dignity.
