I am looking for a role in Home Health Care where I can provide meaningful companionship to my clients. In terms of care-related duties, I can undertake a range of responsibilities, such as housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation—it's important to me that my client's nutritional needs are met. I am also ready to assist with walking, do vacuuming, hand wash dishes and other errands. If needed, I can plan visits and outings to enable loved ones to stay socially active with neighbours, friends, and family. My credentials include a bachelor's degree, as well as First Aid and CPR certificates. Also, the authenticity of my Canadian citizenship can be verified with a police check. In summary, I am a compassionate and responsible caregiver mindful of the importance of promoting mental and emotional well-being in the seniors I look after. I was a companion for an elderly lady in her home in Toronto for almost two years. I did some light housework, made her meals and kept her company throughout the day. On occasion I also drove her to complete errands.

I am the eldest among six aiblings in our family. I have been working with kids since my younger years but if with regards to my paid experience, that will be four years. I have no experience yet with adult care but I do have experience with it during my college years as a nursing student and after college graduation as a volunteer nurse in a hospital in the Philippines.

I am a very compassionate, trustworthy and kind individual I have a desire to help people even as simple as companionship. Always open to learning new things / ways to complete tasks. I have very little experience in this field as I am just starting. The one year experience I've had so far was a live in position caring for a elderly lady who has high blood pressure and arthritis. What made me interested in this type of work besides always wanted to care for people in general, is because of my father who has high pressure, diabetes and arthritis. I took alot of time off work to look after him & nurse him back to health with the faith of the holy spirit ( he was bed bound for six months due to his arthritis) it was an eye opening experience.... All I could think of is I wonder how many people out there wishing they had someone who cares, to help take care of them.
