I'm searching for a responsible and caring individual who can lend a helping hand during the occasional late evenings. My husband and I have a lovely 4-month old son who sleeps quite soundly, typically falling asleep between 8:30-9:00PM and sleeping through the night. As my spouse and I are hoping to reintroduce date nights into our schedule, we need someone to simply be in our home for 2-3 hours as our little one sleeps. This means you can watch TV, do some light cleaning, keep our kitchen tidy or even walk our Golden Retriever. You would be expected to be on the premises but the role would largely happen while our son is asleep. The rare instances when our son wakes, you would just need to notify us and we would return immediately. Therefore, your primary role would be to provide a sense of security rather than hands-on childcare. As such, this vacancy does not require a driver's license and automobile use is not applicable. Trustworthiness and a love for animals are key, as we also have two cats along with our Golden Retriever. The work schedule needed is part-time involving less than 20 hours per week, primarily spanning over Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. This unique part-time role, that we'd like to title as "Evening Newborn Watch", is open for immediate start. Your responsibilities may include some light housekeeping, pet care, and ensuring our kitchen stays clean. This role may be ideal for a student, retiree, or anyone who enjoys tranquil nights and furry companions.
