I am currently seeking a responsible and to fill the full-time or part-time position of a nanny to support my child aged 6-9 years in their daily routine. This role requires serving primarily as an afterschool caregiver from Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities will include meeting the 3:00 PM and either staying until 5:00 PM or accompanying the child to a nearby walking distance for 5:00 PM.
Besides, the nanny will be responsible for overseeing completes the chore chart, preparing their lunch for the next school day, running a bath, laundering their clothes, and helping them keep the room tidy. While the child has some quiet time in their room, the nanny will also be expected to engage in light housekeeping, including kitchen cleaning, sweeping, mopping, occasional , and feeding our family pet cat.
During Monday and Wednesday, the child might be out of the house between 4-6 PM, giving you some alone this time, you are required to carry on the housecleaning tasks, primarily focusing on the kitchen and . Furthermore, you should be prepared for a varying work schedule, including evenings, and the middle of the day from Monday to Friday, and occasionally on . Ideally, the preferred start immediate, and expect to work less than 20 hours per week.
As the role the child to different , you are required to have a valid driver's license and use your car, however, this is not absolutely required. Mainly this is to ensure you are able to get yourself to and from work each day.
In terms of preferred skills, experience with cooking is a plus, as the role involves preparing child meals, occasional dinner, and grocery shopping. The ideal genuine interest in engaging with the child, including doing arts and crafts and supporting their personal development.
