We are looking for a full-time, live-out Mother’s helper/household manager available to start mid-to-late February. We have two children aged 4 and 8 as well as a well behaved labradoodle and are located in the the Annex neighbourhood of Toronto. We are looking to hire an experienced individual to take responsibility for the following: - Grocery shopping and meal planning - Meal preparation - School drop off/pickup and transport to activities for children - Homework help as needed - Household cleaning - Preparing for family vacations - Preparing for and helping with family events/parties - Organizing other staff as needed (gardening, handyman) - Running errands - Contributing to a structured and rule based environment for the children Having a drivers license, car and living within 5km of home is mandatory requirement. Hours on a typical week would be from morning to early evening, Monday to Thursday and the occasional Friday, with at least one late evening each week. Weekends are almost never required other than when we travel and In winters, travel to Collingwood would be required on some weekends. We travel for work several times per year at which time we would require overnight stays and/or working with grandparents to care for the children. While the job offer is officially for three weeks of vacation, we take frequent vacation with our children, so our previous nanny received on average 7 weeks of paid vacation/year over the 5 years she was with our family. We are happy to pay a salary based on 44 hours per week to achieve a predictable weekly pay.

My oldest daughter will be the primary concern, as well as preparing meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch. 1 weekend per month, to pick up kids from school Friday and the option to leave after they’re gone to bed, grandma is available for backup help if needed. Someone with over 7- 10 years of experience. Looking for a baby sitter for a 2 year old girl. My wife works as a doctor and often needs to work late. I also travel a lot. We would be needing a baby sitter to help with taking care of the baby while we are both away from home. This would likely be Wednesdays from 2pm till 8pm as well as Saturdays and Sundays. It might also require other days depending on availability of the baby sitter and work schedule. Taking care of the baby would involve playing with her and entertaining her as well as diaper changes when needed. Food would likely be already prepared and the baby sitter would just need to ensure she is served and the area is cleaned up after eating. I would require child safety certifications as well.
