Hi there! We are looking for a reliable, friendly and dynamic part-time nanny to help us with the care of our 1 year old daughter as of end of February/early March. Our family unit comprises of myself (Koteki) and my husband Alex, our sweet, 1 year old daughter Estelle and our cuddly, 5 year old red golden retriever, Maple. **Who we are looking for** - English or French speaking (no preference) - Experience with infants and loves children - Someone who is hands-on, engaged, caring and friendly - Flexible, reliable and easy to communicate with - Help caring for our dog Maple (letting her out in the yard, walks, playing and feeding) - During nap times, willingness to do light housework (folding laundry, light meal prep, tidying up) **Availability/Needs** Our ideal nanny has some flexibility as our needs vary slightly on a weekly basis (we're open to establishing a more "set" schedule if this is easiest). We will know what our weekly childcare needs are 3 months in advance - which allows lots of advance notice and hopefully can help when building your monthly schedule. We expect to need childcare on average 2 times a week, between Monday and Friday, either during the daytime (approx. from 8:00AM - 4:00 PM) and/or the afternoon (approx. from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM). Nous prévoyons avoir besoin de garde en moyenne 2 fois par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, soit pendant la journée (environ de 8 h à 16 h) et/ou en après-midi (environ de 13 h à 16 h). My husband and I have a 2 year old son and a busy work schedule. We are looking for someone to help us in the evenings 3 nights a week. On nights that we are working we need help with daycare pickup and child care, and on nights that we’re home we’re looking for help with meal prep and chores around the house (laundry, tidying the common areas and some cleaning). I am in need of a full-time nanny who can assist me with my two children, aged between 3-9 years, and also help with certain household tasks. The job involves assisting me to send my daughter to school which starts at 8 AM and then helping out with some housekeeping and laundry tasks. The schedule would be from Monday to Saturday, primarily during mornings and mid-day, although I may occasionally need help in the evenings too, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This schedule could be flexible depending on the activities of my son and there could be opportunities for extra hours over the weekends. Given the nature of the job, a driver’s license is a plus. You can expect to work 30 - 40 hours per week. Please note that this is a live-out position, thus suitable for someone who prefers not to live in the employer's house. As a nanny matching service, we are looking for an experienced nanny / mother helper, for a family in Montreal (Hampstead area), QC. ENGLISH OR FRENCH speaker welcome. This would be to start as soon as possible and on a LONG term basis (more than 1 year if possible). The family has a 3 children of 5 years old, 6 years old and 9 years old. They need someone from Monday to Thursday from 3 pm to 7 pm or 4 pm to 8 pm (they are flexible and if you prefer before school hours, we can discuss it) - about 16 hours a week. A drivers licence would be preferred but you can also use the bus to pick up the children. The bus stop is right beside the house. You will have to pick up the children from their school, help them with homework, entertain them out of screen with age appropriate activities and help them with their bedtime routine. While we are predominantly French-speaking, we have found immense value in hiring English-speaking babysitters over the past few years as it exposes our children to the English language.
