I am seeking a meticulous, reliable, and experienced housekeeper for a monthly deep clean of my 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse. Rather than just a superficial tidy, I need someone who truly understands what deep cleaning entails and takes personal pride in creating a spotlessly clean and well-maintained living environment. Job Responsibilities: - Detailed cleaning of all premises - 3 bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms - Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning baseboards, vents, and high-touch surfaces - In-depth cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, including appliances, sinks, tubs, toilets - Cleaning doors, trim, and reachable walls - Occasional additional tasks as required, potentially including inside of the fridge/oven - Laundry duties - washing, drying clothing, and household items - Bed making, linen changing, and periodic rotation of seasonal clothing in closets - Pet care and maintenance of the pantry, including routine clearing out of date and spoiled items The ideal candidate should be experienced in deep cleaning homes, trustworthy, consistent, and capable of working independently. While it's preferred for you to bring your own cleaning supplies, it's not a requirement. Working Schedule & Compensation: - The position is part-time, requiring less than 20 hours per month. - The schedule is flexible - we can arrange a mutually suitable timing. - You will be paid competitively, with the rate depending on your experience and quality of work. This job does not require driving, hence a driver's license is not necessary. It's a live-out position dealing predominately with house and apartment cleaning. I am currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a housekeeper position in my apartment. As an Apartment Cleaner, the responsibilities will primarily involve cleaning the interior of the home including vacuuming the carpet, doing the laundry, and maintaining the immediate external areas to keep them clean and tidy. The position is part-time, requiring less than 20 hours of work to be done per week. The preferred work schedule would be on Saturdays which would include morning and evening time slots. It would be ideal if the candidate is able to start immediately and can use their car to reach the place of work since the nature of the position does not require a driver's license. In this role, the housekeeper can choose to live-out as this is not a live-in position.
