Key Responsibilities:
• Plan daily menus based on dietary needs, preferences, and seasonal ingredients
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per schedule
• Ensure meals are healthy, balanced, and portion-controlled
• Grocery shop for fresh ingredients or manage online orders
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, tools, and appliances
• Label, store, and rotate food properly
• Accommodate special dietary restrictions (e.g., low carb, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.)
• Prepare meals in advance when needed (e.g., for travel, special occasions, or busy days)
• Track pantry inventory and restock essentials
