We are a warm, busy family seeking a trustworthy, organized, and health-conscious private home chef to support our household with nutritious, family-style meals for two adults and one toddler (1.5 years old).
The ideal candidate enjoys cooking healthy, balanced meals, is comfortable preparing toddler-friendly food, and can help simplify our weekly routine through thoughtful meal planning and kitchen organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks for:
- Two adults with dietary restrictions. Including no/low salt, no red meat, lactose free, and not spicy
- One toddler - no refined sugar or salt
• Create bi-weekly meal plans aligned with family preferences and dietary goals
• Batch cooking and meal prep for busy weekdays
• Prepare fresh lunches, dinners, and snacks
• Toddler meal preparation including:
- Safe food preparation
- Introducing healthy variety
- Nutritious finger foods and balanced meals
• Kitchen clean-up after cooking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of:
- Kitchen
- Pantry
- Refrigerator/freezer
• Agreeable to accommodate occasional guests or light entertaining
Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience as a private/family chef
• Comfortable cooking for both adults and young children
• Knowledge of toddler nutrition and food safety
