My name is Chloe, a dedicated Neuroscience student at the University of Guelph with a passion for education. I am an experienced private tutor with a year of tutoring under my belt and a readiness to start immediately. My commitment to making learning an enjoyable experience is something I pride myself on, drawn from my own experiences with teaching a variety of subjects such as Maths, English, Geography, Chemistry, Biology, and Literature.
Beyond academics, I am also qualified to teach music. My longstanding experience with various instruments including the piano, guitar, and saxophone enables me to foster a fun and well-rounded learning experience. I especially hold great enthusiasm for Music Reading. I believe that learning flows smoothly when it is driven by passion and enjoyment; this belief forms the basis for my interactive teaching style.
Apart from my expertise in regular school curriculum, my tutoring services extend to preparing for exams, primary school education, and special attention to children with special needs. In addition, I am quite flexible with my schedule, being available on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Friday evenings, Monday evenings, and Thursday mornings. My age ranges for teaching includes children aged 3-5, 6-10, and 11-15. On Saturdays, I am available in person, whereas the rest must be online becuase I am currently a Student myself!
Currently based in Hamilton, I prefer providing these tutoring services online to ensure accessibility for everyone, regardless of their location. I spend my spare time indulging in my hobbies of playing music, baking, and running. I am self-driven and motivated to make a positive impact on my students' educational journey.
