We are a family of 4, both working parents with 2 school going girls 12 and 8. We need help mornings and evenings for couple of hours with getting kids ready, breakfast and lunch prep, cleaning the kitchen, dinner prep and other household chores to keep the house neat and tidy. We have a nanny suite in the basement with separate washroom, we are looking for a reliable, caring, energetic nanny who can work part time during mornings 6-9am /evenings 6-9 pm and can find other work outside between 9 am-6pm.

I am a single mum who works two jobs and is currently finishing a degree. Needless to say, maintenance of my house has been a challenge! I reside in a cozy little house that I fondly refer to as a cottage because of my British heritage. I have two wonderful daughters who have moved out, and another amazing 12-year-old daughter still living at home. She is independent, neat, and has been helping with tidying the house while I am at work. Ultimately, I am seeking someone's assistance to properly clean and declutter. I aspire to transform my basement into a recreational area for my daughter. Currently, it's overwhelmed with items left behind by my older daughters when they moved for university and travels. Having worked as a nanny and a house cleaner, I'm fully aware that this is not an easy Job. Today, I've realized that I need extra hands while working shifts, teaching, and studying. I've finally come to terms with the fact that I can't manage it all by myself. Please note that I won't burden you with cleaning out my cupboards. All I require is help in making the house look less chaotic, cleaning and vacuuming would be great. It’s not a giant house so it shouldn’t be too bad once you get to know where everything is. Thank you for your understanding! Additionally, if you're interested in earning extra money through occasional babysitting duties, we can certainly discuss that too! The work schedule is totally flexible.

I am in need of a meticulous and trustworthy housekeeper to handle a variety of general housekeeping tasks in my home. The ideal candidate would be available to work part-time, preferably on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings. The position would require no more than 20 hours per week and does not require a driver's license. However, the housekeeper will be required to use their own vehicle for running errands. The responsibility of this role includes cleaning the interior of my home and immediate external areas. Standard duties extend to kitchen maintenance - cleaning dishes, the interior and exterior of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, countertops, and floors. In addition, cleaning the outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher will be required periodically. As part of your role, I would like you to handle the laundry duties as well: washing and drying clothes and household items. Beyond cleaning tasks, I also require assistance with meal preparation and service. Grocery shopping and other household errands are also part of the job, so you should be adept at multitasking and managing your time efficiently. Lastly, you would be charged with bed making and linen changes, ensuring bedrooms are kept clean and comfortable. This live-out position offers the flexibility of a part-time job with the rewarding experience of maintaining a clean, pleasant environment. To reiterate, this position doesn't require living in the premises, and those interested should remember that the use of their own vehicle is a necessity for errand duties.
