I am a young, grounded, eclectic, facts-based, and exciting childcare worker/educator. I love singing, playing, cooking, tidying, exploring new places, and supporting open-world structured learning!
I live with my parents in a big house on the outskirts of Brantford, Ontario, but I was born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario. I am an ENFP, Virgo Sun, Metal Dragon, and Celtic Salmon/Hazel Tree personality who enjoys collecting music, books, and video games. I have a dog named Noodle and I also love cats and the outdoors!
Feel free to contact me on a different platform!
I am currently a volunteer ECE assistant and educator on mondays and tuesdays in Kitchener. I prefer to teach indoors and outdoors.
I look forward to getting to know you and your family!

I love learning from and refering to other educators who teach the Montessori, Monart, and Waldorf Method from their books and conversations. As I continue to seek further education in specific certifications, such as the ones mentioned above, and degrees, like the Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Development Studies at UW (Education and Social Policy), I continue to refer back to books such as "Transforming The Canadian History Classroom", by Samantha Cutrara (2020), "A Question of Commitment", edited by R. Brian Howe and Katherine Covell (2015), "Drawing with Children", by Mona Brookes (1996), "Building and Sustaining Math Success", by Marian Small and Doug Duff (2018), and "Focus on Science", by Frank J. Flanagan, Alexander Teliatnik, and Jack H. Christopher (1983), which includes hundreds of fun and simple activities to help children learn about everything from the crystals to the sunlight, our own human bodies to our bodies of water, and the characteristics of solids, and gases, and liquids!
There is magic in this world, we walk amongst fantastic and magnificent phenomena, and I wish to show children how to love these things and themselves through my education and support. Some specific examples as to how I support the educational development of my younger students is by singing to and with them, giving them things to sort, and verbalising their feelings for them, and for my older students I like to cook with them, do science experiments for and with them, and share video games with them about specific jobs they might want in the future, how certain advanced technology works, and how science looks and feels when books aren't good enough (Sokobond, The Farmer Was Replaced, Supermarket Simulator, Terra Nil, etc.)
To read more about my educational experience feel free to ask about my resumé ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧
*I do not have an updated CPR and First Aid training certificate but I will have completed another one before September 30th, 2025 and will continue to refer to my personal St. Johns First Aid Reference Guide (2011).
