My name is Pema . I am originally from Bhutan, a beautiful country nestled in the Himalayas. Specifically, I hail from Zhemgang Dzongkhag, a vibrant city located towards the southwest region of Bhutan. Unfortunately, I had to relocate, but my roots remain vital to my identity. Having always had a deep passion for education, I was keen to ensure that I pursued my studies to the best of my ability. In 2020, I successfully completed my 12th grade in November. My love for nature and the world we live in inspired me to take Arts with a focus on Geography during my high school years. Additionally, I explored History and Economics to broaden my understanding of the world and its structure. Today, I am proudly a college student at the University Canada West. Immigrating to Canada for further studies was a significant milestone in my life. I am extremely thankful for this opportunity and am working diligently to make the most of it. Upon the completion of my studies in Canada, I look forward to returning to Bhutan. There, I will resume my employment with Mrs. Kuenzang and Mr. Jigmi's family. I have had the pleasure of working for this wonderful family for two years prior to my move to Canada. My job with them is far from orthodox - I work as a dog sitter, a role I truly cherish, along with light housekeeping chores. Though it may appear unusual to some, I have always had a bond with animals. It brings me immense joy to spend time with the dogs and cats in the Kuenzang-Jigmi household. I am eager to continue in this role and enjoy the companionship of these lovable pets upon my return. I have been a dog sitter for Mrs. Kuenzang Choden and Mr.Jigmi Namgyel family in Thimphu Bhutan. They have approximate 7 Dogs and 2 Cats (different breeds). I have been employed from the month of 1st January of the year 2021 till the 1st February 2023, till the contract expired. They wanted to extend the contract, however I had to come to Canada for my further studies. I worked for 9 hours a day including lunch and evening snacks at 6pm for the family and the sitters. My role for the job was to prepare dog meals, prepare to serve the foods on time and give treats on time. I take the dogs out for the walk for 3 hours around the outdoor office the house. And I end my job at the evening 7pm. I took care of the 7 dogs and 2 cats alone, I bath them and cleaned their dogs houses.

I myself have 3 pets. So I’m used to taking care of them. I even used to bring my aunt’s pet back home and take care at times when she has to go village at her parents house. Have a great day 😊 Though I’ve no experience in the pet job but being a pet owner and a pet lover I understand how much a pet needs attention, love and care. I personally have been taking care of my pet dog whether it comes to taking my bath, taking for a walk, playing with her or having to clean her poop stain off at times when she gets sick.

I’m Charmaine, I’m someone who finds immense joy in the companionship of animals, especially dogs. Growing up with pets instilled in me a deep love and understanding of their needs and behaviors. I’ve had experience dog-sitting for friends and family, which has honed my skills in providing attentive care and ensuring their well-being. I’m reliable, responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with furry friends. Dog-sitting isn’t just a job for me; it’s a passion, and I’m excited about the opportunity to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to this position. I had the opportunity to care for my brother’s dog, Stitch. I ensured his comfort by taking him on walks, playing with him, and providing a cozy space at home. This experience reinforced my understanding of the bond between humans and dogs and highlighted my ability to be responsible and nurturing in a temporary caregiving role.

I recently relocated to Vancouver to pursue my business administration diploma at ILAC International College, along with my family. I also have experience working during summer holidays and weekends, taking care of my neighbors' dogs. Honestly, I am looking for this job because leaving my dog, Gaston, back in my home country has left me feeling a void. I am now seeking a job that allows me to be in contact with dogs, providing me with an opportunity to interact with these animals and reduce the longing for my own pet. With a profound passion for dogs, I have cared for at least five of them throughout my life, both small and large breeds. I am eager to extend my love and energy to ensure your pet feels as comfortable and well-cared for as my own. Be sure to know that your pet will have the best possible care. I've had the pleasure of looking after dogs for quite some time, thanks to my previous experiences helping out my neighbors with their pets. I've been a dog lover since my childhood, and I've always had the opportunity to be around dogs. From feeding and exercising them to just being a friendly companion.

Hello, thank you for reading about me. I’m Andrea, passionate about dogs and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My mother tongue is Spanish and my second language is English. I can speak both languages fluently! I grew up with both dogs and cats. My last dog, Hasper, came into my life when I was 10 years old and lived to the remarkable age of 14. When he was a puppy, he got parvovirus, but with dedicated care, he miraculously recovered. As I entered my youth, witnessing Hasper age deepened my love for dogs even more. This fueled my passion to begin volunteering for rescue dogs and providing them with care and attention before facilitating their journey to adoption. My history with Hasper taught me valuable lessons in resilience, compassion, and the joy of forging meaningful connections with our furry companions. I am interested in having the opportunity to continue with this path of serving caring dogs and sharing my experience with them! Additionally, since I am new to this platform, I would like to offer you the first service for free so you can experience the quality of my work firsthand I am looking forward to connecting with you and starting to serve your loyal partner. Best, Andrea. I took care of my friends' dogs when they were travelling for work or vacations to other provinces. My care included walking, feeding and cleaning. In case anyone needed more attention as medication also did it very carefully. Now, I consider that my strongest soft skills are patience and empathy. I can adapt easily to any fast-paced environment and behaviours, and I can resolve problems or seek help. I am a professional administrator.
