Marlene gets my highest recommendation! My daughter had been released from ICU to a regular floor and I urgently needed a caregiver. I placed an add and was extremely lucky to have found Marlene. She is strong, capable and caring. My daughter immediately found a good friend in Marlene who treated her like family, as she would her own daughter. Marlene started the morning of her interview and was willing to work 10 hrs per day. My daughter needed a high level of care including bathing, feeding, positive spirit, and a talent for advocacy for my daughter. She noticed the bed sores and was able to get the hospital to provide and air bed. She noticed a sore on her feet and arranged for special booties. Marlene was a fully qualified nurse from Jamaica and Bahamas. Her skills were a great asset. Sadly my daughter's condition was too severe and she returned to ICU after 4 days of care.
