My name is BJ and I have always wanted to work with kids and older adults. I was raised in Brockville, I am married to the best man I have ever known, and I have a cut cat named Padfoot. My hobbies include reading, writing, singing, and visiting with friends and family. I became a PSW to help those around me - I have had my fair share of struggles and want nothing but the best for every one on the earth. I am authentic, approachable, accountable, and value collaboration and integrity, as well as providing quality care and services to clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

I am the eldest of 4 siblings, so growing up I was the caretaker of my siblings while my parents worked to support us. I graduated from the Personal Support Worker program at St. Lawrence College in Brockville in June 2022 and have experience and knowledge of working with and caring for children. When I was younger, I was a group leader at a summer program for kids. I would assist them with arts and crafts, exercise activities, as well as making sure they have enough to eat and drink in the day.
