My name is Ragya, a vibrant 23-year-old currently residing in Canada. I hail from the beautifully diverse country of Nepal, but I have undertaken an educational journey as an international student in the heart of Canada.
Currently, I am pursuing my post-graduation studies in a specialty that I hold close to my heart - Human Resource Management. My choice of institution is Seneca College, renowned for its exceptional educational offerings, presenting me with the perfect platform to learn and grow in this field.
As I immerse myself in the fascinating world of higher education here in Canada, my family remains back in my native country, Nepal. They continue to be my biggest source of inspiration and support, even from thousands of miles away.
One of my greatest joys in life is engaging with the younger generation. I truly cherish the experiences of working and engaging with these young minds, igniting fits of laughter, and nurturing their growing imaginations. It's a fulfilling experience that allows me to present positive influences and have an impact on their lives.
I consider myself blessed with an innate ability, a unique charm, if you will, that captivates the attention of children. I have a knack for connecting with them on a personal level, making every child feel valued, heard, and understood. This connection extends beyond mere conversations - it encompasses sharing interesting stories, playing educational games, and creating a joyful environment overall.
Communicating effectively with children is equally important as engaging with their parents. This is where my exceptional communication skills come into play, enabling me to interact constructively with both parents and their children.
As a responsible adult, I fully grasp the trust parents place in me when they leave their children in my care. By adhering strictly to parent's instructions, following routines, and making quick, sound decisions in emergency situations, I ensure that the safety and overall well-being of every child is my top-most priority.
I also understand the need to maintain a healthy boundary by respecting the privacy of each family, strictly adhering to household rules, and upholding any information shared with me in the highest confidentiality. It’s this level of trustworthiness that's crucial for building and maintaining positive relationships with parents.
I often refer to myself as "A Warmhearted Companion for Young Minds". This tagline encapsulates my passion and dedication to helping shape young minds while building a safe and stimulating environment for their overall growth and development.
I had an experience of tutor in Nepal for one year. I cared three kids at one time. The main responsibilities were:

2.Provide individualized or group instruction to students in specific subject areas or skills, ensuring that the content is tailored to their needs and learning styles.
3. Develop lesson plans, study schedules, or learning objectives in collaboration with students, parents, or educational institutions, to address academic goals and objectives.
4. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness in interactions with students from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all learners.
5. Administering basic first aid if needed.
6. Communicating with parents about the child's activities, behavior, and any issues that arise during the learning session.
I worked as a tutor back in my home country Nepal for 1 year. I taught mathematics, english to the elementary kids.
