I come from Punjab, a culturally vibrant region in northern India, where I spent a large part of my career teaching in a local school. Before moving to Canada, these institutions were my second home, where I learned and taught. The life lessons I carry with me, however, are from my upbringing in a traditional Sikh family. Alongside my professional life, I have a deep passion for personal development and mental relaxation, typically through books and music. In my free time, I enjoy getting lost in books that explore diverse cultures and experiences. Music, with all its melodies and rhythms, provides a sense of calm and rejuvenation, from traditional Punjabi beats to pop songs. Hence, my journey from Punjab, India, to Canada encompasses shifts in experiences and passions that define me.

I worked as a teacher in India before coming to canada
