I really like math as an adult and teacher but as a child I had huge anxiety around math and found it super discouraging. I really want to help children feel more confident in math and have fun whilst learning!

I've been a teacher in the UK for 6 years teaching the English curriculum. I teach mostly grades 5 and 6. However, last year I was part of the government's National Tutoring Programme to help children catch up in their math after covid. In this role, I worked with children from grade 1 to grade 6. As a year 6 maths teacher, my students regularly received excellent results on their end-of-primary-school exams.
