Hello! My name is Nancy and I am a passionate English and Math tutor based in London. I have a fantastic year of experience in teaching, specifically guiding young learners towards achieving international English proficiency certificates like FLYERS, STARTERS, and MOVERS. This experience has not only honed my teaching skills but also deepened my understanding of the importance of individualized instruction and creating a motivating learning environment. My teaching style involves using interactive activities, games, and multimedia resources to make the learning process enjoyable and engaging. I encourage students to develop their language skills through meaningful and communicative tasks. I make it a point to continually assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate with parents about their child's development, strengths, and areas for improvement. I pride myself on preparing students for academic success, whether that means preparing for exams or simply improving their understanding of school subjects such as English and Math. I am most comfortable working with children aged 3 to 15, and I am dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment to help students achieve their academic goals. I am available to offer my tutoring services predominantly in the middle of the day and evenings on Mondays, evenings from Tuesday to Thursday, and at any time during the weekend. I am immediately available to start. My sessions will be conducted at my own home to provide a consistent learning environment for the students. In addition to being a non-smoker and a competent swimmer, I am also bilingual, capable of speaking English and Vietnamese. During my work experience, I had the opportunity to teach English at an English center for a year and a half. As an English teacher, my primary focus was on helping learners develop their language skills and achieve their language goals.
