My passion for children has grown immensely over the past five years, but so have the tools that allow me to be a better educator. Each family has taught me something valuable that I hold close, opening my eyes to different perspectives within my own community. I am a hard worker, who will do whatever is required to help the children in my care.  RELEVANT EXPERIENCE  Education Assistant Practicums 2022-2023 Elementary (Shortreed) & Middle School (Fraser Valley School) I supported students in the classrooom as well as on the playground Was able to observe and analyze a students behaviour and adjust stategies accordingly I did my best to participate in new learning opportunities as they arised I cariried out verbal and written instructions when given feedback. I took initiative when appropriate; I am effective and productive when working independently

I am in EA in the Abbotsford district, I used to work as a BI for children on the spectrum and I have a passion for teaching kids as I one day want to become a teacher.
