Hello, my name is Mahnoor. I am a bilingual tutor, fluent in both English and French. I started my tutoring journey six years ago when I assisted my sisters with their homework. Then I turned my passion into a profession by providing private tutoring services to students who were primarily seeking help in English and French. Born in Quebec, French language is in my veins. Besides my fluency in these languages, I'm also able to speak Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. Being a patient individual, I am excellent with children and assure you of a guaranteed successful result. With 6 years of teaching experience, I am proficient in preparing students for their school and exam preparation. I use methods such as the Montessori method to make learning fun and easily graspable. Despite being an English tutor, my knowledge extends to other subjects too. Being located in Calgary, I prefer to provide lessons from my home or online, but I'm also willing to provide tutoring at the employer's home. As a mother myself, I am comfortable working with all age groups starting from toddlers (3-5 years), progressing to teenagers (16-17 years) and even adults. I'm available throughout the week (Monday to Sunday) during the morning, midday and evening hours. I hold a college degree and also a driving license, enabling me to commute. Moreover, I am a non-smoker and a good swimmer which contributes to ensuring a safe environment for your child. Unfortunately, I cannot travel or relocate due to personal obligations.
