I'm in search of a dedicated and highly knowledgeable online tutor who can immerse themselves in instructing a diverse age range of students from 3-5 years old through adulthood. The primary responsibility is to equip students for their exams as well as admissions into a foreign university. Considering the variety of age groups, the ideal tutor must be equipped to handle a broad spectrum of learning requirements. Job duties include, but are not limited to, preparing students for both their traditional school studies and exams, implementing the Montessori teaching method, and providing support for children with unique learning needs. The successful applicant must showcase depth in various academic subject areas: from the Sciences (including Math, Advanced Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), to the Humanities (like Geography, History/Social Studies, and Literature), to more specialized disciplines such as Economics, Computer Science, Political Science, and Philosophy. Adeptness in teaching art subjects such as Arts and Crafts, Design, Drama, Origami, and Photography would be a plus. In addition, language proficiency in not only English but one or many of the following languages - German, French, Spanish, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, Mandarin, Latin, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese - is also sought. For those with a musical or physical instruction background, the ability to tutor in playing musical instruments such as the Piano, Violoncello, or Drums, as well as teaching physical subjects like Yoga, Martial Arts, and Gymnastics would also be highly appreciated. As for where the tutoring will be conducted, the options we offer are the employer's home, the tutor's home, or online. The schedule is demanding, requiring more than 50 hours of work per week throughout the entire week from the morning until the evening. With a preferred start date of 30th April, 2024, this is a comprehensive and challenging role.
