Provide day to day care with the ADL. Support with daily hygiene, bowel care. Assist and encourage patient bed mobility and maintenance of body alignment by following established care plan. Porters, transfers, lifts and ambulates patient ensuring that adaptive and supportive devices and self care aids are in appropriate place. Adheres polices which support patient autonomy and rights.
