My name is Engelbert I'm 54 years old and I was born in Trinidad but grew up in Canada I am an experienced senior/health care professional with 10 years of working experience. I am available to start immediately and I reside in Vancouver. I prefer a live out position but I am flexible. I have a strong passion for working with children with disabilities and with elderly suffering from dementia and other medical complications I am seeking a full-time caregiver/companion position. I prefer a live-out arrangement but might consider part-time live in . I have completed my education in Caregiver/Companion, Health Care Aides (HCA) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and college education as well as the food safety course. In my previous roles, I have performed various duties including housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, meal planning/preparation, running errands, cleaning bathrooms, assisting with walking, vacuuming, hand wash dishes, escorting to appointments, planning visits and outings, bathing assistance, supervising homes, providing Parkinson and Dementia care, patient positioning, bed baths, and dressing/grooming assistance as well as supervising that medication is taken on time I am open to working in home health care and retirement homes, and I have experience working with patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Dementia, Cancer, Stroke, Bedridden individuals, Diabetes, Incontinence, Osteoporosis, Visual Impairment, Paralysis, Arthritis, Hearing Impairment, Fractured Hip, and those who have undergone cataract removal.
