I am a hardworking, honest trustworthy Mother of four, grandmother of five. I love spending time with my (adult) children as well as my grandchildren and my animals. I have many interests and hobbies. Some of my interests include medical research, do it yourself home projects and repairs, history. - Painting, decorating, knitting, baking, floral design, hairdressing.

I have over 30 years experience in senior care, the past 11 years have been mainly in LTC facilities or the hospital with the resident. I'm a Private PSW, mainly working in long term care facilities providing additional care for Dementia/ Alzheimer residents as well as being an advocate for them, and their family. I have years of experience with transfers, toileting, bed baths as well as regular baths & showers, wound care and PROFORE Lite multi layer compression bandages. I have a calming approach with humour. I have excellent references. I document the daily events and report daily to the family to keep them up to date on how their loved one is doing.
