My name is Jesyl . 30 years of age. I am currently working as a Personal Support Worker in a retirement home under agency and part of my task are morning care including giving our clients bath and make them ready for the day. Before working as a PSW, I used to be a Care Support Assistant in a long-term care for almost 2 years. My skills developed in my previous work place which I have used in my present job. I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and before coming here in Canada, I was also a private duty nurse to an elderly woman for almost 4 years. When it comes to doing my job, I give my best. I am passionate in giving care to my clients. I make sure they feel loved and cared. I do my job professionally, and if I am working with other caregiver I communicate positively.
