Caregiver Reliever
Since Covid / Pandemic arise, Live-Out for seniors job are difficult to find. Families are hesitant to hire Caregiver on a Live-Out basis. Through some of my friends help, they ask me to work/relieve a few days for them so they can rest. I also relieve for my friend who is on maternity leave and I was able to work a few months until my friend is ready to go back to work. I have worked with seniors mostly.

I worked with Naomi’s grandmother for 4 yrs and a half live-in. Mrs. Ana is having a macular degeneration. A condition with the eyesight. Living in the condo at Bathurst and Lawrence area. I’m helping and assisting her everyday with food preparation, groceries, taking a shower, doctors appointments. Together with Mrs. Ana, we plan and discuss what food to prepare when the Jewish holidays come. I took care of Rhonda’s parents for 1yr and 6 months both parents have health issues. The couple are in the late 90’s, living in the apartment at Bathurst and Sheppard area.
I help them in their activities of daily living, accompany to doctor’s appointments, help with the groceries, help in taking a shower, prepares meals and remind them to take their medicine, check blood sugar levels.
