- Provide full time care and supervision to disabled adult client - Prepare and serve nutritious meal to disabled client - Monitor my elderly client’s daily dietary intake - Assist my elderly with client’s daily personal hygiene practices - Assist and monitor my elderly client with his daily exercises and stretches - Monitor my elderly client’s daily consumption of prescribed medications - Assist disabled adult in achieving their maximum personal overall well- being - Maintain safe and healthy environment in the household and provide other duties as assigned. - Accompany disabled adult to their medical, dental and rehabilitation appointments - Efficiently respond to emergency situations - Communicate status and wellbeing of my elderly client from time to time
