Hello, I was born in Chilliwack BC and our family moved to Vancouver when I was one and a half years old. I am now married (to the same person for the past 38 years) and live in Cloverdale, BC. I enjoy reading immensely and watching black and white movies. I also love to work on crossword puzzles and play Scrabble with my husband. I have two children, a son and a daughter. Our daughter lives in Kelowna and our son lives with us. My mother (who just turned 88) lives in Langley and we get together often. She and I have always been quite close, as I am her only daughter (I also have two brothers, younger than I). I enjoy getting together with my friends, going to a restaurant or just visiting together. All in all, I am a very easy-going person with a keen sense of humor and would like to be a companion/helper.

I have just over one year experience as a caregiver/companion for an elderly lady, preparing meals, doing light housework, assisting her with walking, etc. I have compassion for the elderly, as I do with all people who need assistance. I feel I am a natural caregiver, having raised two children to adulthood. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: I am open to discussing various situations and possibilities.
