Hi there! I'm Kinal , a certified Personal Support Worker with a graduation certificate from Conestoga College. Currently based in Red Deer, I've dedicated the past two years of my life helping others within a variety of environments including long-term care facilities and providing home-to-home care. I am available full-time throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, as well as overnight, accommodating any schedule that's needed. Unfortunately, I am unable to travel due to not having a driver's license or personal vehicle. I'm known for my calm demeanor, empathetic nature, and exceptional caregiving skills. Over the course of my working experience, I have cared for patients with a range of health conditions such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Dementia, or those with hearing impairments. My passion lies in assisting my clients not only with their basic needs but also in enriching their lives. I can offer services such as housekeeping, laundry, running errands, meal planning and preparation, bathroom cleaning, assisting with pet care, and walking support. My education includes certifications as a Caregiver/Companion and a Home Support Worker, along with other Health Care Aides training. I also hold a First Aid Certificate, and a clean police check record, assuring you of my commitment and dedication to providing a safe environment for all my clients. Being multilingual, I can communicate fluently in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Punjabi, facilitating better interaction and understanding of patient needs. My preferred workplace would be in retirement homes or home health care setups, whether it be live-in or live-out arrangements. I'm a non-smoker and am comfortable around pets. However, as much as I would love to, I am not available for relocation. Taking care of people is not just my job, it's a vocation.
