I am a Recreation Therapist looking to continue to help members of my community to remain in the comfort of their own home, while providing support through recreation therapy. My duties include planning and implementing daily activities of interest to the client (i.e. cognitive programs, time outdoors, music therapy, physical exercises, physical & intellectual games, etc). As well as light housekeeping, assistance with grocery shopping, driving to and from appointments & encouraging community involvement

I have a diploma in Recreation Therapy with a specialty in Gerontology. I have worked in the Long Term Care sector since I graduated in 2012. I have had many years of experience working with seniors in both home and LTC settings. I have also spent time working in the adult day program setting.
