NURSE AT ADULT UNIT WITH MEDCINES SANS FRONTIERS. RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning and completing nursing duties with minimal direction from superiors, colleagues or managers Always observing strict hygiene and safety rules and ensuring that visitors also observe them. Providing effective leadership and clear direction to junior staff working in the unit, ensuring teamwork and adherence to all protocols and procedures. Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring their confidentiality at all times. Maintaining the security of medical supplies such as controlled drugs and medical equipment.
